Call Type
This column contains additional information to the recorded calls. The following types of call
are available (in case of differences, the standard names are also listed in parentheses):
Alarm call
Alarm call confirmed (Alarm confirm.)
Alarm call rerouted (Alarm rerout.)
• Alarm settings: Call Forwarding internal (an emergency call is forwarded by an internal
alarm subscriber - alarm subscriber has CF to internal destination number)
• Call Forwarding: Call Forwarding external (an emergency call is forwarded by an external
alarm subscriber - alarm subscriber has CF to external destination number)
Exchange line access via manually switched exchange line access (exch.trf.): Exchange
line call transfer
Call Through (CallThru)
Remote programming (remote prog): PBX configuration via CAPI
Standard calls (normal)
Door->external calls (Door-Ext.)
Call Forwarding internal (CF int.)
Call Forwarding via exchange line (CF ext.): Forwarding via external connection
VoIP call (VoIP)
Note: An outgoing external call made via Voice over IP by a Call Through
user, is recorded as a Call Through call.
Wake-up calls (Wake-up)
Project (Proj.)
Business calls may be started with project numbers if the call charges or times have to be
assigned to project bills. These project numbers are stored for a successful call in the call data
memory and visible in this column.
