the check box Profile-controlled settings has been selected, the property
set in the right-hand column will apply. For assignment of the profile, see
chapter Settings > Profiles.
Requirements:
• VoIP end device which can evaluate the available information by BLF
• VoIP telephone from another manufacturer: SIP convenience package enabled (optional,
see chapter Important Information > Product Details > Basic Assembly and Extensions)
1. Open the following page:
• For admin: Subscriber (scr.) > Properties > Settings
• For user: Subscriber Properties > Settings.
2. In the list field at the top, select the subscriber in question by his name or number.
3. Select or clear the Preliminary pick-up query and monitoring check box.
Switching Preliminary Pick-up Query and Monitoring for Groups On/Off
If preliminary pick-up query and monitoring is enabled for a group, all information about
incoming calls to the group is available for evaluation by BLF.
If preliminary pick-up query and monitoring is disabled for a group, no phone number of calls
to the group will be transmitted by BLF.
Note: Conversations and outgoing calls of group members are not signalised
because this action of a single group member would indicate that the group
is busy.
