3. In the first CALL DISTRIBUTION FOR... list field, select Analogue connections.
4. In the Active list field, select one of the following options:
No detection: There is no automatic modem/fax call distribution.
Fax: The active fax call distribution is enabled.
Fax and modem: The active modem/fax call distribution is enabled.
5. In the Detection duration list field, select the time interval in seconds that the PBX
has for making the identification.
6. In the Internal no. | name list fields, select one of the following options:
Fallback: The caller is transferred to the fallback function.
Internal number: The caller will be transferred to the selected internal number
(subscriber, group, voice mail/fax box or automatic reception).
7. Click
Save.
Configuring Passive Modem/Telefax Call Distribution for Analogue Connections
Requirements:
• External analogue port (optional, see chapter Important Information > Product Details >
Basic Assembly and Extensions)
• Entered phone number
• Created internal destinations (subscribers, groups, voice mail/fax boxes or automatic
reception)
1. Open the page Public switched tel. networks > Call distribution.
If several configurations (PBX profiles) have been created, these will be available as
tabs.
2. With several configurations: Click the tab with the desired configuration.
3. In the first CALL DISTRIBUTION FOR... list field, select Analogue connections.
4. In the second CALL DISTRIBUTION FOR... list field, select the connection in
question.
5. In the Active list field, select the option No detection.
6. Select or clear the Passive check box.
