Using a Filter
Using the filter can be carried out as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
1. Open the following page:
• For admin: User data > Call data > Call data list
• For user: Call data list.
2. In the SELECTED FILTER list field, select one of the available options.
Note: On the page User data > Call data > Filter you can also create user-
defined filters which can then be selected here.
Creating Filters
A filter prescribes the criteria after which the call data will be filtered.
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
1. Open the following page:
• For admin: User data > Call data > Filter
• For user: Filter.
2. Click
New.
3. Enter the desired name in the Filter name entry field.
4. In the Based on list field, select a template from all filters created so far.
5. Click
Save.
