Switching Automatic Clean-up of a Voice Mailbox On/Off

to 999: The recording capacity of the box is 15 to 999 MB.
No value: The recording capacity is unlimited (maximum memory utilisation).
4. Enter a value in the Maximum length per recording entry field under Maximum
recording capacity. Possible entries:
1
to 99: The length per recording in the box is 1 to 99 minutes.
No value: The length per recording is unlimited (maximum memory utilisation).
Switching Automatic Clean-up of a Voice Mailbox On/Off
The number of stored messages is limited to 999 per box and 100,000 in the system. If the
automatic clean-up of a box is enabled and the maximum number of stored messages or the
Maximum recording capacity of the box is reached, the oldest messages marked as read will
be deleted as soon as new messages arrive. Archived messages will not be deleted.
Proceed as follows:
• Separately for voice mailboxes
• Using the configuration manager
Requirements:
• Voice mail/fax function (optional, see chapter Important Information > Product Details >
Basic Assembly and Extensions)
1. Open the page Devices > Voice mail/fax boxes > Properties > Box settings.
2. In the list field at the top, select the voice mailbox in question according to the name
or number.
3. Select or clear the Perform at ... check box under Automatic clean-up.
4. If you have enabled automatic clean-up, enter a value in the ... memory utilisation
entry field. Possible entries:
50
to
95
226
percent.
