Configuring a Filter

Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
Requirements:
• Created filter
1. Open the page User data > Call data > Filter.
2. Click Configure in the line of the filter in question.
3. Configure the filter:
• PERIOD:
If necessary, create the filter criteria:
• DIRECTION: Select the check boxes for the calls to be displayed after being
filtered (Incoming calls, Outgoing calls).
• TYPE OF BILLING: Select the check boxes for the calls to be displayed after
being filtered (Private Calls, Business Calls, Successful Calls, Failed Calls).
• TYPE OF CALL: If necessary, select a call type in the Characteristic a call may
have list field if only these calls are to be displayed after being filtered.
• SPECIFIC FILTERS:
If necessary, configure the filter criteria:
Note: In the following entry fields the phone number and/or the name are
allowed. As replacement '*' can be entered, e.g. *mith or *874*. Multiple
entries are separated by semicolon.

Default period: To display calls made in a predefined period of
time, select the desired period in the list field, e.g. today.
Period, Daytime from: (only for the selection user defined in the
Default period list field) Configure the desired period and time.
Call duration: To display calls of a certain length, enter the seconds
in the between and and entry fields.
Charges: To display calls of a certain call charge, enter the values
in the between and and entry fields (currency unit).
