Note: A maximum of ten automatic receptions can be created.

Proceed as follows:
• Separately for Automatic Receptions
• Using the Configuration Manager (page Functions > Automatic Receptions >
Configure)

• A configured automatic reception
Settings
Announcement
Select the greeting to be played to callers. Make your selection from the announcements for
automatic receptions and the text before answering announcements.
Note: Under some circumstances, a greeting with background music may
cause errors because the audible touch tones cannot be properly recog-
nized, or parts of the music may be interpreted as touch tones.
Max. number of external calls on hold in parallel
Specifies how many external calls can be kept on hold at the same time. The caller hears the
busy signal if this number is exceeded. External calls on hold are calls that have either not yet
been transferred or calls that have been transferred back to the automatic reception. This
restriction does not apply to internal callers and to callers transferred by a superordinated
reception.
