5. Click Import data.
The language file is displayed under LANGUAGE FILE.

Assigning a Language File

Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
• Separately for voice mailboxes
• Separately for fax boxes
• For system e-mails
1. Open one of the following pages:
• Voice mail or fax box: Devices > Voice mail/fax boxes > Properties
• System e-mails: Administration > System messages
2. Only for voice mail or fax boxes: In the list field at the top, select a voice mail/fax box
according to its name/number.
3. In the Language file list field, select one of the available options.
Note: If you have entered the name of a user-defined language file in the
Name entry field, the e-mails will be sent with the text modules of the selected
language file.
deutsch: The e-mails will be sent with German text modules.
english: The e-mails will be sent with English text modules.
polski: The e-mails will be sent with Polish text modules.
