9. Select or clear the Google synchronisation active check box under CONFIGU-
RATION.
10. If you have enabled automatic synchronisation, select one of the following options in
the Update interval list field:
every 6 hours: Automatic synchronisation will be carried out every six hours,
starting at the time set in the second list field.
every 12 hours: Automatic synchronisation will be carried out every twelve
hours, starting at the time set in the second list field.
daily: Automatic synchronisation will be carried out daily at the time set in the
second list field.
11. In the Google contact groups list field, select the contact group kept under Gmail
with which the Google contact group to be created is to be synchronised.
12. Repeat steps 2 to 11 to create additional contact groups.

Synchronising a Google Contact Group Manually with Gmail

Whether you have enabled or disabled the automatic synchronisation during configuration of
the Google contact group (check box Google synchronisation active) or not, you can always
manually initiate the synchronisation with the contact group stored in Gmail.
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
Requirements:
• Configured network connection with DNS server and gateway
• Permanent IP address from the APIPA address range
1. Open the page User data > Address books > Contact groups.
2. Click Manual synchronisation in the line of the Google contact group to be synchro-
nised.
