Function Overview
DECT Telephones
The PBX supports the operation of several IP DECT basestations, servers and mobile
handsets from Auerswald.
COMfortel WS-400 IP or COMfortel WS-650 IP with COMfortel M-100/200/300
The IP DECT server is connected to and operated on the PBX via the Ethernet port and internal
VoIP channels (optional, see chapter Important Information > Product Details > Basic
Assembly and Extensions).
In connection with a COMfortel WS-400 IP or COMfortel WS-650 IP, the COMfortel M-100/200
handsets are operated on the PBX as IP DECT telephones. The chapter Settings > Internal
Telephone Numbers > Creating VoIP or IP DECT Subscribers describes how you can create
internal numbers for these mobile handsets.
The Setup Guide of the IP DECT server describes how you can log a COMfortel M-100/200 on
to the IP DECT server.
The chapter Address Books and Lists > LDAP Server describes how you can take over
telephone book entries for the COMfortel M-100/200/300 handsets.
