Requirements:
• Created relay
• Off control switched on for the relay
1. Open the page Devices > Relays (Actuators).
2. Click Configure in the line for the corresponding relay.
3. Enter the required switching duration for the relay in the Switching duration entry
field. Possible entries:
0
(only for manual relays): Switching off must be triggered manually by
telephone.

to 6000: The PBX will switch off the relay after 1 to 6000 seconds.

Entering the Hold Time of the Relay

If switching off is not to be controlled by the PBx (for some relays, e. g. the a/b Switching
Modules, switching off cannot be controlled), the hold time of the relay can be used instead of
the switching duration. This will only make sense if the hold time of the relay is sufficiently long,
for example for a door opener.
The PBX needs to know how long the relay will be held in order to signalise holding of the relay
on the system telephones (see the manual of the device in question).
Proceed as follows:
• Separately for relays
• Using the configuration manager
