Deleting Call Data

Deleting Call Data
The current data in the table view can be deleted.
Deleting can be carried out as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– The data in the call data list
1. Open the page USER DATA > Call data list.
2. Click Delete all calls.

Dialling from the Call Data List (Soft Call)

When the user is logged in on the Web interface of the configuration manager, the soft call
function can be used via the call data list, thereby allowing an external subscriber to be dialled
directly.
Dialling can be carried out as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Short-code authorization for business calls assigned to the subscriber
– Calls recorded for the subscriber and recorded in the call data list
– An open configuration manager with an authorization level of user
– In the Ext. subscriber column displayed in the call data list
1. Open the page USER DATA > Call data list.
The call data is displayed in a table.
2. Click in the External name column.
Note: On the page FUNCTIONS > Call data > Display, new labels can be
given to the columns in the call data list.
The telephone number of the external subscriber is dialled.
