Call Data

The PBX has a call data memory in which up to 2,000 call data records can be saved and

protected from power outages.

Contents of the Call Data Record

A call data record contains the following information:

• Date at the beginning of the call

• Time at the beginning of the call

• Duration of the call

• Telephone number of the LCR provider – if used

• Telephone number of the external communication partner – if known

• Name of the external communication partner – if known

• Telephone number of the internal telephone (invoiced + real)

• Your own external phone number

• Charges for the call

• Billing factor

• Call direction

• Type of billing

• Call/type of call

The call data list shows the call data records recorded in the call data memory.

Note: The call data list can be configured as an element on the portal page

(Call data).

Opening can be carried out as follows:

• Via the configuration manager
