47.10.2.2 Slow speed 4-phase generator
Clock control module will generate 4 phases of slow speed clock of frequency of 10/13 MHz.
For instance, if lfast_sysclk is 10 MHz then 4 phases of 5 MHz will be generated.
Shows 4 phases getting generated using lfast_sysclk.
