DCI EVTx pin multiplexing control register (DCI_PINCR)

The DCI_PINCR is a 32-bit data register. This register is programmed using JTAG shift with
the corresponding enable instruction described in the JTAGC chapter. For a description of
the DCI_PINCR functionality, see the Calibration and Debug configuration chapter which
describes how the modules are configured.
