Picking up during a Call
Picking up during a Call
Requirements:
– Authorization Pickup assigned to the subscriber
– To pick up an external call: Exchange line authorization assigned to the subscriber for
incoming calls (International, National, City or only incoming, with emergency call)
If an internal telephone rings in your proximity during a call, proceed as described in the
following.
1. Press the Flash key (when using a telephone with DTMF dialling) or the Query key
(when using an ISDN telephone).
2. Dial ##06.
3. Enter the internal phone number of the telephone that is ringing. The following entries
are possible:
** and internal telephone number of the individual telephone (If you do not
use a direct exchange line access, omit the **.)
** and internal telephone number of the line group (If you do not use a
direct exchange line access, omit the **.)
You are connected with the caller.
Switching Authorization for Pickup On/Off
If authorization for pickup is enabled, the subscriber in question can take calls made to other
subscribers.
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:
• Separately for subscribers
• Via the configuration manager
