Configuring the Maximum Recording Time for One Voice Mailbox
The maximum recording time of the voice mailbox indicates how many minutes the voice
mailbox can record messages in total.
The configuration can be made as follows:
• Separately for voice mailboxes
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– An SD card inserted in the SD card slot or a USB memory stick inserted in the USB port
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > Voice mail/fax boxes > Boxes.
2. Click in the line of the corresponding voice mailbox.
3. Enter a value in the Voice mailbox entry field under Maximum recording time. The
following entries are possible:
10 to 98: The maximum recording time for the voice mailbox is 10 to 98
minutes.
99: The recording time is unlimited (maximum storage utilization).
