Switching the Log-in Mode over the Base Station On via the Configuration Manager

A COMfortel DECT 900 Base can be connected to the internal S
option on the COMpact S
Note:
If a COMfortel DECT 900 Base is on the internal S
devices can be run on this port due to output limitations.
A maximum of five internal telephone numbers can be allocated on a
COMfortel DECT 900 Base for mobile handsets (three are recommended).
Switching the Log-in Mode over the Base Station On via the Configuration
Manager
If log-in mode of a base station is enabled, up to five mobile handsets can be logged onto the
base station.
Note: A maximum of three mobile handsets are recommended for a base
station.
Switching this on can be carried out as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Internal S port (only provided on the COMpact S

– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– Configured internal telephone numbers for the base station
1. Open the page CONFIGURATION > Internal numbers > ISDN subscribers.
2. Click DECT settings.
3. Open the page DECT base station.
The Log-in mode information field under Base station shows the status of the log-
in mode of the base station.
