DECT Phones
The PBX supports the operation of several (IP) DECT basestations, servers
and mobile handsets from Auerswald.
COMfortel DECT 900 Base with COMfortel DECT 900/900C Handsets
The basestation is connected to and operated on the PBX via an internal S
port (optional, see Technical Data in the Instructions).
In connection with the COMfortel DECT 900 Base, the COMfortel DECT
900/900C Handsets are operated on the PBX as DECT system phones. The
chapter Settings - Subscriber (scr.) > COMfortel DECT describes how you
can create internal numbers for these mobile handsets.
Note:
If a COMfortel DECT 900 Base is on the internal S
devices can be run on this port due to output limitations.
A maximum of five internal numbers can be allocated to mobile handsets
of a COMfortel DECT 900 Base (three are recommended).
The following chapters describe how you can make further settings for the
COMfortel DECT 900/900C Handsets.
COMfortel DECT IP1040 Base with COMfortel DECT 900/900C
Handsets and GAP-capable DECT Phones from Other Manufacturers
The basestation is connected to and operated on the PBX via the Ethernet
port and internal VoIP channels (optional, see Technical Data in the Instruc-
tions).
In connection with the COMfortel DECT IP1040 Base, the COMfortel DECT
900/900C Handsets are operated on the PBX as IP DECT system phones,
whereas GAP-capable DECT phones from other manufacturers are
