Switching the Use of Any Available Call Channels On/Off

For call forwarding your own external telephone number via the PBX (setting Feature via PBX
(2nd call channel)), the B-channel belonging to the port is used by default in addition to the B-

out due to a busy B-channel is then higher, any B-channel can be enabled.
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– External S
port (only COMpact 3000 ISDN or COMpact ISDN module available as an

Configuring the Delay Time for Call Forwarding for External Numbers on No
Reply
The delay time for call forwarding on no reply for external numbers indicates after how many
seconds a call is forwarded if the subscriber called does not respond.
The delay time applies only to call forwarding that has been configured via the PBX. For a
configured call forwarding configured at the network provider, the delay time depends on the
network provider and cannot be set via the PBX.
