Configuration Switchover
If multiple configurations have been saved, for example, for day, night, etc., switching over from
one configuration to another can be carried out manually and/or in a time controlled manner.
Configuration-dependent Functions
Some functions can, e.g., be configured differently according to the day, night, weekend,
vacation or holidays. They are also assigned to different configurations and switched
depending on the configuration.
The following functions are configuration-dependent:
• Exchange line authorisation
• Do-not-disturb
• Baby call
• Busy on Busy
• Call deblocker (incoming and outgoing)
• Multi-path call forwarding
• Call distribution
• Call restrictor (incoming and outgoing)
• Energy savings function (economy mode)
• VoIP/GSM Routing
Carrying out a Configuration Switchover Manually
Performing this procedure can be carried out as follows:
• Using a character string on the internal telephone
• Using a character string on an external telephone
• Using the menu/function key on a system telephone (optional, see the telephone manual)
• Via the configuration manager (see the portal page Configuration switching)
