Deleting Callback on Busy

Deleting Callback on Busy
If you want to delete the callback on busy initiated by you ahead of time, proceed as described
in the following.
1. Pick up the receiver.
2. Dial #37#.
3. Hang up the receiver.
The callback on busy will be deleted.
Important: If you use an analogue access for the external call, you will not
be able to delete the callback.

Initiating Reservation of Exchange Line on Busy

If you hear the busy signal before finishing the dialling process, proceed as described in the
following.
1. Press the Flash key (when using a telephone with DTMF dialling) or the Query key
(when using an ISDN telephone).
2. Dial *37#.
You will hear the confirmation tone.
3. Hang up the receiver.
As soon as a line is available, you will be called back by the PBX.
4. Pick up the receiver.
You will hear the external dial tone.
5. Dial an external telephone number without an exchange line access number.
Note: When using ISDN telephones, you cannot dial directly after picking up
the receiver of the ringing telephone (callback of the PBX). After picking up
the receiver when the telephone rings, you will hear the confirmation tone
instead of the external dial tone. Put down the receiver and pick it up again
immediately. You can now dial as usual.
