System Parameters
The following system parameters (characteristics) influence the module configuration for this application. This ex-
ample system features:
• One three-phase AC machine
• B6 inverter
• SVPWM, including both linear- and over-modulation
• Switching frequency of 20 kHz
• Dead time of 1us
• Trip signal generated by hardware
• Active high-level gate drive
• Core frequency of 200 MHz
• Peripheral clock of 100 MHz
System State Sequencing
Managing the system state and sequence of states is critically important when programming the PWM module. The
PWM System States figure provides an overview of these states.
