Use Hold Reg.
When the MSI_CMD.USEHOLDREG bit is set, CMD and DATA are sent to the card
through the HOLD register. When the MSI_CMD.USEHOLDREG bit is cleared,
CMD and DATA are sent to the card bypassing the HOLD register.
Boot Mode.
When the MSI_CMD.BOOTMODE bit is set, the MSI has an alternate boot operation.
When the MSI_CMD.BOOTMODE bit is cleared, the MSI has a mandatory boot oper-
ation.
Disable Boot.
When the MSI_CMD.BOOTDIS bit is set with the MSI_CMD.STARTCMD bit, the
CIU terminates the boot operation. Do NOT set MSI_CMD.BOOTDIS and
MSI_CMD.BOOTEN together.
Expect Boot Ack.
When the MSI_CMD.XPECTBOOTACK bit is set with with the
MSI_CMD.BOOTEN bit, the CIU expects a boot acknowledge start pattern of 0-1-0
from the selected card.
Enable Boot.
The MSI_CMD.BOOTEN bit should be set only for mandatory boot mode. When
software sets this bit along with the MSI_CMD.STARTCMD bit, CIU starts the boot
sequence for the corresponding card by asserting the CMD line low. Do NOT set the
MSI_CMD.BOOTEN bit and the MSI_CMD.BOOTDIS bit together.
