Significance/Occurrence Condition
Data reception over the network fails.
While waiting for an ID delete response to the network IDT,
a timeout occurs.

An ID acquisition request transmission to the network IDT
fails.
An ID delete request transmission to the network IDT fails.
A utility information transmission to the network IDT fails.
A file setup value check error (siosetup.idt) occurs.
