Significance/Occurrence Condition
For B4 film, there is a request for 4-image output.
At present, a 4-image output request is converted to a single
image, and nothing is done during output.
There is no UID that corresponds to the number of frames,
but it is ignored.
The backup memory is cleared, and nothing is done.
