03D1 After-Reading Conveyance Error
Cause
After after-reading conveyance grip, the IP is conveyed toward the inverting stocker,
but SF1 does not turn ON.
Supplementary explanation
After the IP reading conveyance is completed, ME1 of the after-reading conveyor is
driven to grip the IP.
The IP gripped is conveyed from the after-reading conveyor to the erasure conveyor
by the driving of ME2.
The IP conveyed is conveyed toward the inverting stocker and passes over SF1. (SF1:
OFF to ON)
This error occurs when the IP fails to pass over SF1 (SF1 status does not transition
from OFF to ON) during the above operation.
