6.5 Replacing Before-Side-Positioning Conveyor IP Transport
Motor (MC1)
(1) Remove the before-side-positioning conveyor.
"6.1 Removing and Reinstalling Before-Side-Positioning Conveyor"
(2) Disconnect the connector (CNMC1).
Because the MC1 connector is secured to the bracket, pinch its latches to disconnect
it.
(3) Remove MC1.
Remove the MC1 while dislodging the timing belt that is located inside the before-
positioning conveyor side plate.
(4) Remove the timing belt wheel from the shaft of MC1.

(5) Install a new MC1.
While putting the timing belt onto the pulley, install MC1 with three screws.
(6) Attach the connector (CNMC1) to the bracket.
(7) Connect the connector (CNMC1).
(8) Install the before-side-positioning conveyor.
