12. Erasure Conveyor
This section describes procedures for removing and reinstalling the erasure lamp and
erasure conveyor, and procedures for checking and replacing parts of the erasure conveyor
to be replaced.
Unless otherwise specified, it is assumed that covers that should be removed prior to checks
and replacement have been removed.

12.1 Removing and Reinstalling Erasure Lamp Assembly
Removal
(1) Disconnect the connectors (ACOUT1, ACOUT2, DCOUT4, DCOUT5).
(2) Remove the single screw that retains the erasure lamp assembly.
(3) Pull out the erasure lamp assembly horizontally.
CAUTION
Carefully handle the erasure lamp. If it is hit, the erasure lamp may be broken, so you
may get injured.
