IMG08A Board (Optional)
The IMG08A, which is an LP interface board, is responsible for normalization (Sk/Gp conver-
sion) and pixel density conversion processing, basic image processing (frequency/gradation
processing, DR compression, 1-D USM), and image enlargement/reduction for the LP. For
image processing, it contains a 128K-word (24-bit) SRAM and a 1M-word (16-bit) DRAM.
