ONTENTS
The cables connected to the SCN08A board should be pushed aside to the right and
top sides of the scanner unit, while the cables connected to the subscanning unit, both
front and back of them, should be pushed beneath the cable cover.

(3) Remove the two screws that retain the bracket located on the upper portion of the
SCN08A board.
(4) Remove the two screws that retain the scanner unit.
(5) Pull out the scanner unit.
NOTE
When pulling out the scanner unit, use care so that it is not caught by the disconnected
connectors and cables.
