Checking and replacing shock absorbers of before-side-positioning
changeover guide and before-side-positioning retention guide
(1) Remove the before-side-positioning conveyor.
"6.1 Removing and Reinstalling Before-Side-Positioning Conveyor"
(2) Remove the guide plate.
(3) Check if the shock absorbers on the before-side-positioning changeover guide and
before-side-positioning retention guide.
If it is peeled or frayed, proceed to step (4) to replace the whole guide plate to which
the shock absorber is attached. If it is not peeled or frayed, proceed to step (14).
Before-side-positioning
(4) Remove the spring.
(5) Remove the arm.
(6) Remove the bearing.
(7) Remove the shock absorber-attached before-side-positioning changeover guide.
