2.3 Clearing Backup Memory
(1) Touch the U-Utility button.
The screen switches to the U-Utility mode.
(2) Touch the upper left and upper right corners of the operation panel in sequence.
M-Utility is activated.
Routine screen

NOTES: ¥ For the IDT type, the "menu selecting icon"
(3) Select "8.BACK MEMORY".
(4) Select "1.CLEAR".
The following message appears.
ARE YOU SURE TO CLEAR ALL THE BACKUP MEMORIES?
1.YES 2.NO (DEFAULT=2) :
Meaning: Are you sure to initialize (clear) the backup memory?
(5) Select "1".
The backup memory is initialized, with the following message displayed.
BACKUP MEMORIES ARE CLEARED.
Meaning: The backup memory has been initialized.
