Copy the config file to a place where it can be edited with a file editing program.

If you only want the router config, delete all the non‐routing config elements and save the new
file.

Change the routing instance to the module to which the config will be moved as described in
"Enabling Router Configuration Modes" on page 2‐103.

Use the copy command to move the config file to the new module as described in "copy" on
page 2‐86.
6.
Run the configure command using the new config file as described in "configure" on
page 2‐86.
Reviewing and Configuring the ARP Table
Purpose
To review and configure the routing ARP table, to enable proxy ARP on an interface, and to set a
MAC address on an interface.

Use this command to display entries in the ARP (Address Resolution Protocol) table. ARP
converts an IP address into a physical address.
