Use this command to set the Class of Service inbound rate limiting port group configuration:

Specifies an inbound rate limiting port group/type index for this entry.
Valid entries are in the form of group.type. Group can be 0‐7, with 0
designating the default group, and 1‐7 reserved for user‐defined
groups. Default port type values cannot be changed, and are 0 for the
7GR4270‐12, 7G4270‐12, 7G4270‐09, and 7G4270‐10 DFE modules only,
and 1 for all other modules.
(Optional) Specifies a name for this configuration.
(Optional) Applies this configuration to one or more ports in the port
group.
(Optional) Appends or clears port designations from a previously
configured port group.
