IRQ Sense Control Registers (ISCR16H, ISCR16L, ISCRH, ISCRL)

The ISCR registers select the source that generates an interrupt request at pins IRQ15 to IRQ0 or
pins ExIRQ15 to ExIRQ0.

(n = 15 to 12)
Note: The IRQn or ExIRQn pin is selected by IRQ
sense port select register 16 (ISSR16).
