R/W Description
R/W Flash Key Register Error Detect
Returns the check result of the FKEY value before the
start of the programming processing.
0: FKEY setting is normal (FKEY = H'5A)
1: FKEY setting is abnormal (FKEY = value other than
H'5A)

Unused
The return value is 0.
R/W Write Data Address Detect
When an address in the flash memory area is specified
as the start address of the storage destination of the
program data, an error occurs.
0: Setting of program data address is normal
1: Setting of program data address is abnormal
R/W Write Address Error Detect
When the following items are specified as the start
address of the programming destination, an error occurs.
•
When the specified programming destination address
is in an area other than flash memory
•
When the specified address is not at a 128-byte
boundary (the lower eight bits of the address are
other than H'00 or H'80)
0: Setting of programming destination address is normal
1: Setting of programming destination address is
abnormal
R/W Success/Fail
Indicates whether the programming processing has
ended normally or not.
0: Programming has ended normally (no error)
1: Programming has ended abnormally (error occurred)
