SDIDR is a 32-bit register. In IDCODE mode, SDIDR can output H'0036200F, which is a fixed
code, from ETDO. However, no serial data can be written to SDIDR via ETDI.

Figure 22.2 shows the internal states of the TAP controller. State transitions basically conform to
the IEEE1149.1 standard.
