Resets the LPC interface. For the scope of
initialization by an LPC reset, see section 18.4.4,
LPC Interface Shutdown Function (LPCPD).

R/W LPC Software Shutdown Bit
Controls LPC interface shutdown. For details of the

(LPCPD).
