3.3.2 Inspecting the oil level in axis-1 gearbox
Two alternative ways of checking the oil level
There are two alternatives for checking the oil level on an IRB 6700Inv, inverted
or floor standing. The first section below describes inverted measuring of oil level
and the second floor standing measuring of oil.
Location of oil plug
The oil plug through which the oil level is inspected is located as shown in the
figure.
