Filling oil into the axis-4 gearbox
Use this procedure to refill the gearbox with oil.

Action
Remove the oil plug from the fill/level hole.
Note
The level hole is opened to speed up the
drainage.
WARNING
Used oil is hazardous material and must
be disposed of in a safe way. See
missioning on page 699
for more informa-
tion.
Refill oil or refit the oil plugs.
Action
Jog axis-3 to position:-180°.
DANGER
Turn off all:
•
electric power supply
•
hydraulic pressure supply
•
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the safe-
guarded space.
