Action
Secure the gearbox with its attachment
screws.
Perform a leak-down test.
Jog axis-5 to horizontal position.
Refill oil in the gearbox.
Action
If new turning disc spare part is installed:
verify that the correct synchronization mark
plate for axis-6 is installed on the wrist.
Wipe clean the contact surfaces.
Foundry Plus:
Apply Mercasol on the surfaces on turning
disc and axis-6 gearbox as shown in the
figure.
