interval: State refresh interval in seconds, with an effective range of 1 to 255.

By default, the state refresh interval is 60 seconds.
pim ipv6 state-refresh-capable, state-refresh-rate-limit (IPv6 PIM view), and
state-refresh-hoplimit.
# Set the state refresh interval to 70 seconds.

interval: Time to wait before receiving a new refresh message, in seconds and with
an effective range of 1 to 65535.
