You can configure up to 50 static RPs on the same device.
display pim rp-info and auto-rp enable.
# In the public instance, configure the interface with the IP address 11.110.0.6 to
be a static RP that serves the multicast groups defined in ACL 2001, and give
priority to this static RP in the case of static/dynamic RP conflict.

timer hello interval
undo timer hello
Public instance PIM view, VPN instance PIM view
interval: Hello interval in seconds, with an effective range of 1 to 2,147,483,647.

By default, hello messages are sent at the interval of 30 seconds.
pim timer hello.
# Set the global hello interval to 40 seconds in the public instance.
