retransmit-count-value: Upper limit for retransmitting an Update Request or
Update Response, in the range 1 to 3600.
Use the

The default upper limit is 36.
# Configure an upper limit of 20 for retransmitting an Update Request or Update
Response.

For two routers on an analog dial-up link, the difference between retransmission
intervals on the two ends must be bigger than 50 seconds; otherwise, they can
not become TRIP neighbors.
