Assigns a policy list to the ingress or egress of a Frame Relay interface. If you enter

this command when the policy list does not exist, the router will create a policy list
with a filter rule as the default. You must specify the input or output keyword to
assign the policy list to the ingress or egress of the interface. The no version removes
the association between a policy list and an interface.
