Sets a baseline for logging events. To use the current system time, do not enter any

last-reset Causes the router to display log messages generated since the last
time the router was reset
time Time and date after which the router displays messages that are
timestamped. To set the time, use the following syntax:
Hour:Minute[:Second] Current time in 24-hour format; seconds are optional
utc Indicates that the time entered is UTC (GMT) time; if you do not include
this keyword, the router considers the time entered to be local time
month Name of the month in English
day Number of the day in the range 1–31
year Four-digit number of the year
