Command introduced in JUNOSe Release 9.3.0.

Modifies the minimum time an Ethernet interface must maintain a given state for

state change. The no version restores the default value, 1 second.
NOTE: You can configure this command only if you have enabled the debounce timer
feature using the debounce command.

range 1–5 seconds; default value is 1 second.
