mtu-size: Size of the maximum transmission units (MTUs) of an interface in bytes,
in the range of 1,280 to 1,500. The default value is 1,500.

restore the M flag to the default value "0" so that the host can acquire an IPv6
address through stateless autoconfiguration.
By default, the M flag is set to 0.
