ipv6 address auto link-local
link-local address for an interface.
Use the
undo ipv6 address auto link-local
automatically generated link-local address for an interface.
By default, a link-local address will automatically be generated after a site-local or
global IPv6 unicast address is configured for an interface.
# Configure Ethernet1/0 to automatically generate a link-local address.

[Sysname-Ethernet1/0] ipv6 address auto link-local
ipv6 address ipv6-prefix/prefix-length eui-64

Interface view
ipv6-prefix/prefix-length: IPv6 address prefix and prefix length. They together
specify the prefix of an IPv6 address in the EUI-64 format.
Use the
ipv6 address eui-64
global unicast address in the EUI-64 format for an interface.
Use the
undo ipv6 address eui-64
site-local address or global unicast address in the EUI-64 format for the interface.
By default, no site-local or global unicast address in EUI-64 format is configured
for an interface.
# Configure an IPv6 address in the EUI-64 format for Ethernet1/0.
